Easy Installation: The panel's overall size is 16.25 x 31.25 inches, with a mounting size of 14 x 29 inches. Position the panel against the wall where you plan to install it and outline the frame with a pencil along the flange. Use a bubble level to align the panel with the floor or wall. Cut the wall using a saw along the pencil line slightly higher than the marked outline of the panel. Apply sealant on the back of the access panel frame and press it into place
